Tom Kussurelis serves as executive vice president and chief operating officer, providing direct support to leadership of specific commercial lines programs and offices, as well as shared services including operations, branding, marketing, plus data & analytics and actuary, focusing on innovation/insurtech initiatives.

David Putz joined Arrowhead as executive vice president from Zurich Insurance North America. At Zurich for more than 24 years, he served most recently as head of Alternative Markets, responsible for $7+ billion in written premium. In his new role, Putz will lead Arrowhead Automotive Aftermarket, Bellingham Underwriters and American Specialty. Drawing on his extensive background in the automotive industry, he will also work with other Brown & Brown groups and Arrowhead Programs to create more robust automotive solutions.

Joe Shomphe focuses on developing technologies to expand on Arrowhead’s corporate server and database infrastructure. He oversees our core application architecture and information technology platforms.

Chief Financial Officer for both Brown & Brown’s Arrowhead Programs and Arrowhead, Kadir oversees financial functions including accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, internal controls and financial reporting.

As Chief Administrative Officer, Lisa Stahl leads a growing and talented team supporting Arrowhead Programs’ project and operational needs.

Jimmy joined Arrowhead in 2002 and spent 15 years in the Commercial Earthquake/DIC division as lead catastrophe modeler.

Jimmy Curcio serves as Chief Strategy and Analytics Officer, overseeing Data Science and Actuarial teams, as well as leading acquisition efforts within Arrowhead Programs.
