Scott Marshall, a veteran multi-line claims and managed care executive, has brought over 26 years of claims and insurance experience to American Claims Management. He joined the ACM team as President in March 2008.
Prior to joining ACM, Scott was the President of American Commercial Claims Administrators (ACCA) and Vice President of Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies (BHHC) claim department. His BHHC responsibilities included managing over 20 states and a staff of 320 employees.
Scott's previous experience includes senior manager at Liberty Mutual where he was responsible for the West Coast claim operation. He then became the claim executive for Golden Eagle Insurance Corporation managing their California and Arizona claim and managed care operations. He then served as President of Cascade Disability, an international managed care, disability and vocational rehabilitation company servicing the United States and Canada. Scott’s Board appointments include, International Association of Claim Professionals (IACP), Pacific Claims Executive Associations (PCEA), California Workers' Compensation Institute (CWCI) Claim-Managed Care Committee, and the California Department of Insurance (DOI) Advisory Board.
