• Annual policy term with payment plans available. 12 month/12 pay, 12 month/12 Pay EFT, 12 month/5 Pay
• Liability coverages offered up to 250/500-100
• Medical payment coverages up to $25,000
• Additional equipment endorsement up to $2,500. Included when physical damage coverage is present (both OTC and collision). Can purchase up to $30,000.
• Safety appeal endorsement - coverage up to $500 is included when physical damage coverage is present (both OTC and collision). Can purchase up to $10,000.
• Discounts: Multi-cycle, Safety / MSF, Association, Persistency, Mature Driver, Anti-lock, Recovery, Engine Guard, Agriculture and Anti-Theft. Insureds must have possessed a valid California Motorcycle endorsement in the last three years – International Licenses are unacceptable.
• Driving Record Point Surcharges – If multiple incidents (chargeable violation or accident) are involved in one occurrence, points are charged for the highest incident according to hierarchy.  Lower point incidents are not charged for that occurrence and are not counted as an occurrence when determining point charges.
• CLUE and MVR reports ordered on insureds with accident activity
• Nation Safe Driver Motor Club membership required for all insureds. Premium charge is $4 per month / $48 annually. The application for NSD can be printed with the ArrowheadExchange.com application.
• Fees:

1. New Business Policy Fee of $15 for all Good Driver
2.  $20 for all non-good driver policies
3. Installment $9
4. NSF and SR Fee $25
5. Cancellation fee $30
6. Renewal is $15
7. Reinstatement $15
