Workers' Compensation Loss Runs

We have recently enhanced our systems to provide loss runs more efficiently. Loss runs obtained through Arrowhead Policy Inquiry via ArrowheadExchange.com now include loss run data for both inforce policy year PLUS historical losses for prior policy years.

Inforce Policies:

Loss runs for all inforce policies must be obtained through ArrowheadExchange.com Policy Inquiry. (Please E-mail Travelers' loss runs requests to LRR@ArrowheadGrp.com.) To access this feature:

1. Login at ArrowheadExchange.com
2. Select Workers' Compensation from your left navigation then select Policy Inquiry
3. You can search for an inforce policy by the Policy Number, FEIN, Policyholder Name or DBA
4. Click on the Policy Number link to view results
5. To view loss runs for a specific policy, click on the Documents tab and choose WC Claims Documents

Please note that loss runs are valued as of the previous month end. Upon receipt of month end data from our carriers, we will generate new loss runs for that month end and these will be available via ArrowheadExchange.com Policy Inquiry by the 15th of each month.

Expired Policies:

Request loss runs for all expired policies by E-mail at LRR@ArrowheadGrp.com. This E-mail should not be used for loss run requests for an inforce policy.

We commit to completing your request within five to eight business days. Upon completion of your request, an E-mail notification will confirm that the requested loss run has been uploaded to ArrowheadExchange.com's Policy Inquiry and you may access it based on the login instructions above.

Additional Availability to Workers' Compensation Carriers with American Claims Management, Inc:

Loss runs that are valued within the last 24 hours and Plan of Action reports are available to you online for our select group of carriers with American Claims Management, Inc:

- Everest National Insurance Company

- PMA (Manufacturers Alliance Ins. Co., Pennsylvania Manufacturers Assoc. Ins. Co. and Pennsylvania Manufacturers Indemnity Co.)

- Lincoln General Insurance Company
