Coverage Highlights
- Coverage A up to $1.5 million
- One- & two-family owner-occupied dwellings
- Specified Additional Amount of Coverage A – 25% or 50%
- Increased Ordinance or Law Options – 25% or 50%

- Program Credits – protective devices, new purchase, 5-year claim free, renovation, mature homeowner and renewal
- Statewide program
- 1% and 2% hurricane deductible depending on proximity to the coast
Target Market
- Standard to preferred homes
- Older well-maintained dwelling with updates
- Pride of ownership must be evident
- Dwellings greater than 0.6 miles from the coast
- Coverage A limits between $300,000-$1,500,000 for new business, up to $2,000,000 Coverage A for renewals
