Steve Bouker joined Arrowhead in 2000 and founded the California Residential Earthquake Program, which has since expanded into Oregon and Washington. He took on the role of President of the Personal Lines Division in 2004 and added American Claims Management, Inc. oversight in 2007. Bouker currently serves as Executive Vice President.
