Chief Financial Officer for both Brown & Brown’s Arrowhead Programs and Arrowhead, Kadir oversees financial functions including accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, internal controls and financial reporting. Kadir joined Brown & Brown in 2015 as the Accounting Leader of the Daytona Profit Center and was promoted to Director of Finance and Operations in 2018. In 2023 he became Chief Financial Officer for Arrowhead Programs and Arrowhead. Earlier, Kadir worked at Ernst and Young in external auditing. He holds an active CPA license.
