Leading Marketing Services, Wendy Castelo is responsible for managing the operational and business needs of internal and external customers.  She works to increase efficiencies and provide exceptional service, ensuring our producers’ experience is positive and their business needs are met.

Castelo joined Arrowhead’s production department in 1998, earning a solid foundation in selling and servicing insurance before becoming Call Center Manager, then Territory Marketing Manager. In 2008 she turned her focus to growing Marketing Operations (sales enablement), responsible for producer contracting, producer management, audits, licensing and compliance. In 2016 she developed a new Marketing Solutions team, providing marketing services to profit centers and customers alike.
