Brian was named President of the Clear/Arrowhead Programs operation in 2018, combining Arrowhead Tribal, Arrowhead Manufactured Housing and Arrowhead Security and Alarm under his oversight. He joined Clear Risk Solutions (a Brown & Brown company) in 2005 and was named Senior Underwriting Officer for all programs at in 2012, carrying out the duties of program manager and cultivating strong relationships with various carriers. These duties include coverage placement plus underwriting oversight and management of various programs.

Brian serves on the Washington Risk Advisory Council (WRAC), is a member of the Target Markets Program Administrators Association and participates in the Association of Governmental Risk Pools (AGRIP) and Public Risk Insurance Management Association (PRIMA).
