Managing the Workers’ Compensation Program, Becky Pinto focuses on carrier relationships and business development. She cultivates underwriting profit and integrity while also growing profitable programs within the Commercial Division.

Pinto joined Arrowhead in 2005 as the Senior Vice President of Workers’ Compensation. Her prior carrier experience includes Preferred Employers Insurance Company (WR Berkley Co.) and Golden Eagle Insurance (a Liberty Mutual Company).
