Chip Craze joined the Company after the Personal Auto Program in Alpharetta, Georgia transferred from Everest Security Insurance Company to Arrowhead in April 2013. He served as Senior Vice President of the program at Everest and now leads as President of the program at Arrowhead. He possesses more than 23 years in Personal Auto experience and has served in various roles from operations to systems to underwriting.

His responsibilities include bridging the team in Georgia with Arrowhead’s group in California and identifying the best practices and efficiencies for creating long-term benefits for the program.
