Tom Kussurelis serves as executive vice president and chief operating officer, providing direct support to leadership of specific commercial lines programs and offices, as well as shared services including operations, branding, marketing, plus data & analytics and actuary, focusing on innovation/insurtech initiatives. Prior to joining Arrowhead in 2015, he accumulated decades of experience in leadership roles with insurance carriers and agencies in underwriting, sales, program management, agency/broker business development, captive management, plus operations, governance and enterprise risk management.
